On January 16th, 2010, My wife Jen and here Sister Tami started a little project over a small phone call. They both survived the 1989 California earthquake just as big as Haiti. They had the resources to survive it. They both wanted to help the people of Haiti by making their Family Famous French Bread.
Jen and Tami decided to tell all of their friends, that they were making french bread and selling each loaf for a minimum of $5.00. Together both of them made over 126 loaves of French bread from all the donations that they were given was over $600.00 all the money was given to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Humanitarian aid Haiti Relief Fund.
Our Local newspaper challenged my wife to sell more of the Family Famous French Bread this coming Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Jan 21, 22, and 23).
So again, Jen is baking the Family Famous French Bread for a minimum donation of 5$/loaf. If you don't live locally, you can mail a check and we will add it with our donation. How much more can we raise with three days of baking? Please let your friends and family know, and let me know if you would like to order!
